Just what the hell is an I J plumber or pipefitter the way I see it is they are in my our way see they are working and im on the bench im a B T J plumber that wants to work they are I J and they just want a paycheck our paycheck and they where told if they where to sign with a local they must take 100 hours of schooling and test within 45 days why has this changed:Humm...:
