Mobilization Plan For Workers From The U.S.A
Lockerbie & Hole recognizes that there will be a severe shortage of Alberta labour in the coming years. In order to meet the need of our own labour requirements, Lockerbie & Hole is presenting a strategy that details the terms & conditions of employment and travel that will make your transition smooth and easy should you choose to join the Lockerbie & Hole team!
Note: The following travel subsistence initiative is only effective based on site-specific requirements and client approval. Lockerbie & Hole will work with the Union to contact North American locals with manpower requirements.

1. When this travel policy becomes effective, Lockerbie & Hole will work with the Union and contact locals across North America with manpower requirements.

10. On subsequent arrivals workers will be transported directly to the job site. The worker will be paid as per the terms of the local agreement.

11. Busses will transport workers from camp to the job site and also from camp to Edmonton on turnarounds. The shifts will vary depending on work location, specific rotations will be identified before time of departure.
