I'm proud to announce that my partner here, Michael Capps, has decided to run for Business Agent in the up & coming LU 412 elections.

I've known Brother Capps since he was an apprentice, and 41 years later, I think he would make a fine BA.
Any of you 412 Brothers out there believe in that old saying "The proof is in the pudding", just take a good look at what has went into putting and keeping this place on line. :wink&smile:

I am very proud to call this man BROTHER. He has been, and IS one.:TipHat:

Im Chris and I have sent in my mail in ballot allready and Im looking for some change Im born and raised in new york and I know a union is the real deal but im here in new mexico and we are week lets vote for a change please:Hay...: just do it it aint that hard and it dont take much time and best of all its free :American: :Canadian:

Well not this round. :Laugh:
Mostly due to lack of interest in the 412 elections and only 1/3 of the membership even voting, we pretty much ended up with same-o same-o.
Non-Voting 412 members have no one to blame but themselves if they are not happy with the outcome of the elections.

However, it does look like michaeld's run did do some good.
The winner of the BA slot for the 4 Corners area is having to move to Farmington. The members living in the 4 Corners area will have a BA that lives in Farmington, and we might even get our Farmington office and training center OPEN like it should be.

Now I'm told Tom Montano, the BM, will be hiring an Organizer for the 4 Corners area.
Be my bet it dam sure won't be anyone that is actually FROM the 4 corners area.
I hear they have stapled a sheet around Tom's desk so we can't actually see who will emerge from under it as the new Organizer. :LOL::Hay...: We all know how it goes.
