I was wondering if any one could tell me if there is a ratio that is supposed to be followed for journeymen to apprentices? I thought there was a 5 : 1
I was also wondering how a company can get away with paying LOA or putting up for a hotel for 3rd or 4rth years and not for 1st and 2nd.
