Hi Brother,

What I know about it is just what the ladies at the NM Employnent office told me about collecting from Washington state.

If I file my claim in NM they total the wages you made in various states and pay out the highest rate for NEW MEXICO.

If I want to draw the higher rate of Washington, I would have to actually file my claim IN Washington.

Most states let you call in your weekly claims, so you can do that out of state, or in our case, at home.

You would probably have to file in Penn. to collect their rates.
If your filling at home, you will probably be stuck with the average.

Each state is a little different, so don't be shy to just ask the folks down at your local employment dept.
The ladies at mine were very helpful in explaining how it worked between the two states I was concerned about.

You can open your claim in Pennsylvania over the phone. They may ask if you're in the state. You could easily look up a state park and tell them that's where you are. I know several people that do it that way. Good luck.
