Local 488 (Edmonton & Northern Alberta) has a new four-year contract (runs until 2010) giving them a Journeyman wage rate of $35.92/hr (Industrial) and a total package value of $47.83/hr. By 2010, it'll be $42.25/hr and TP value of $55.84. And a first: they have an inflation guarantee for the Alberta all-item consumer price index + 1% for the four-year term.
